Crispy No Cook Tuna Lettuce Wraps



I am not a big fan of tuna, but these wraps have something special that will make your taste buds screaming for more. You will not find tuna boring anymore after trying these wraps.

The crispiness of celery along with the sweetness of the corn, the salt and tart flavour of olives what more do you want.  The wrap itself looks like a portrait of nature with it's vibrant colours of yellow green and black.


Here's what you'll need:
  • 3 Tins of tuna
  • 1 Tin sweet corn 
  • 10 -12 Black or green olives
  • 2 Sticks celery
  • Pinch red pepper (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves 10 -12
No need for salt as olives and tuna are both salty.


Method:
1. Thoroughly wash and dry lettuce and set aside.


2. Take tuna and add corn, chopped olives, finely chopped celery and pinch pepper.

3. Place the mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf and voila your lettuce wraps are ready!
